Eshfaa Doctor

The application is for doctor use only, as every doctor can do the following through the application:
- Doctor can schedule his working times to receive requests for online consultation.
- Doctor can see and manage all his appointments.
- Doctor can rate the patient.
- Doctor can review all his payments for the appointments he finished.
